Irene is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and other civil society organizations, where she continues to advocate for actionable change at every level of Ghanaian society. She holds various leadership positions in multiple organizations and remains also a lifelong philanthropist.

In addition, she fulfils speaking engagements whenever her agenda so allows. Here are the types of speaking engagements Irene can fulfill:
